Why Work Here? “We pride ourselves with our fun and relaxed work environment and our ability to produce big results with a small, but growing team.” Available Position: Warehouse Team Member We are seeking a full-time individual to support all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse duties. The idea candidate will be hard working, reliable, and able to work independently. Specific Qualifications • 1-2+ years warehouse experience (preferable but not required) • Experience operating a forklift (preferable but not required) • Enjoy a small team environment, ability to work independently for most of the day • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Come to work passionate, enthusiastic, and with a positive attitude Specific Duties: • Support all warehouse operations • Pick, Pack, and Ship direct-to-consumer and wholesale customer orders • Receiving shipments and unloading semi-trucks • Operation of electrical forklift, straddle stacker, and pallet jack • Organization of warehouse (cleanliness and organization skills extremely important) • Tracks inventory and maintains accuracy • Perform regular physical inventory counts • Packaging and preparing product samples • Perform incoming product inspections • Special projects which may include relabeling and repacking products • Other duties as assigned Hours • Full-Time position • Approximately 40hours/week • 8:30am-4:30pm (30 minute lunch) • Hours could be subject to change based on company needs Compensation • $15/hour with opportunity to increase upon hire Benefits Offered – Full Benefits (following 90 Day Introductory Period) • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • Disability & Life Insurance • 401K & Profit Sharing Retirement Plan • Donation Matching • Paid Time Off & Personal Days This is a great opportunity to have a direct impact in the growth and success of a company while scaling your career!
