Description
An established Property Management Company that specializes in managing manufactured housing communities is seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance person.
* This position is at one of our larger all age communities.
* Knowledge and experience in general plumbing, electrical, painting, janitorial and grounds keeping are required.
* The homes are owner-occupied, therefore we do not work in or on the homes, (except vacant, community owned homes).
* The management is responsible for the common areas including the club house, office, recreation facilities, streets, utilities and common area landscaping.
* We provide all tools and equipment as needed.
* Must own an operational, registered and insured vehicle and must have a valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
