Fenix Foam LLC Professional insulation team currently seeking experienced Spray Foam Applicator for business located in St Petersburg, FL. This position is responsible for the safe and quality installation of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings, working both inside and outside in crawl spaces, attics and basements to insulate these areas. Job Requirements: • Load and unload insulation materials • Complete prep work for installation, may include foaming penetrations, caulking gaps, installing baffles, covering window and doors, and prepping work area for spray  • Operate spray foam equipment by carrying/holding a hose that applies foam insulation • Properly maintain equipment and tools • Removal of existing insulation • Follow safety guidelines and procedures • Ensure clean job site • Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: Willing to train the right individual to operate and install spray foam insulation material. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Looking for a hardworking, motivated individual willing to learn. We specialize in spray foam insulation but do occasionally have to deal with fiberglass. An established startup looking to put two crews on the road in the next few months there is definite room for growth as well as a GM position. We do things different around here and there are multiple other business entities with training opportunities working on heavy equipment, fleet maintenance, as well as access to a full blown machine shop with CNC capabilities. Ideal Previous Work Experience • 2-5 years of construction or painting experience preferred to include, but not limited to fiberglass batting, spray foam, blown-in, trim carpentry, drywall hanging, airless paint sprayer, or framing experience. • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Must be able to work overtime as required DRUG FREE WORKPLACE
