Regular Mowing / Light Landscaping

I have three properties (all located in North Portland) that need regular mowing and periodic landscaping maintenance. The list of services that I need are: -lawn mowing (at least biweekly, from March to October) -edging -blowing -periodic weed control spray (once or twice a year) -leaf removal (in Fall) -hedge trimming (as needed) -tree trimming (as needed) I may also ask for additional services from you as needed, such as grass planting, shrub planting (or removal), gutters, etc.  These services are not required, but let me know if you would be interested in helping me with these tasks as well. All of the properties have been regularly maintained; none are overgrown. I pay by check (not cash), and there is no work required for the months of December, January and February. Most important: I need someone who will consistently show up and do the work without being reminded.
