MICE HUNTING CAT WANTED

PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE RESPONDING* *SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Hey all! My name is Val and me and my boyfriend are currently in search of a cat. Age doesn't really matter a lot to us but we probably do not want one that is 8+ yrs old, we would like him/her to be apart of our family for years to come. We will love this kitty and she will sleep inside but The main thing we want this cat to have experience in is hunting mice. YES, mice. We live on a farm and these past few weeks we have seen a lot of rat activity which is not highly unusual in places like this except I dont like not being able to set a trashbag outside the door without them scattering it throughout our 2 acre property AND I certainly hate hearing a bunch of squeaking outside my window at night. We lost our AMAZING kitty about a year ago, she was with us since birth until 6 yrs old and she kept those things away her entire time with us! Now they have returned and this is our last resort. The kitten we choose will be loved lots and spoiled. They wont be outside 24/7 but a good few solid hours of the day/night and will have the option to come and go as they please. Also we hope this cat has some experience around other animals & kids (horses, pigs, chickens, etc) but if not, thats ok to we will spend time getting them comfortable with the rest of our fam farm!
