Sophie the service dog is missing

HELP PLEASE!!!!! Someone opened our back yard gate without us knowing and our 9 month old golden retriever service dog, Sophie, is missing. Last seen 5/17/2021 around noon when she was let out to potty. She has her chain training collar on. My autistic grandaughter, who uses the dog, won't stop screaming for her. Please help!!!!!
