Job description: Clean pool bathrooms, laundry rooms, dumpster and common areas, pick up trash and replace trash bags at receptacles daily, clean carport tops, power wash stair ways, maintain pool chemicals as needed, notify management of grounds maintenance as noticed. On occasion may be asked to put notices on doors. PORTER: -ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Physically walk the property on a frequent basis and remove litter and debris from the grounds, Ensure that the pool areas, laundry rooms, mail rooms, dumpster areas, and recreation areas remain neat and free of litter at all times, Ensure that the grounds adjacent to the road, in front of the office, to and from the walkways, and in between buildings remain near and free of litter at all times. Start time is 8:00 am. $16.00 an hour. Qualifications required: Reliable transportation Valid CA Driver's license preferred Automobile insurance Able to lift up to 50 lbs, Climb stairs Punctual and reliable Able to work productively with little supervision Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended period of times Help haul large furniture items and appliances to dump site as needed May need to travel to multiple properties, dump sites or stores Pass physical and drug tests if offered a position. Must be a team player, good problem solver, follow safety procedures, willing to respond to emergencies and ensure positive resident satisfaction. If offered employment a physical and drug test will be required (includes marijuana).
