Looking for a dependable and honest person to do Rental Property Maintenance. Primary skills required are painting, cleaning, minor plumbing, minor electrical, pest control, trash pick up, etc. You will be working mostly in Kansas City Kansas. Prefer someone who lives in KCK or nearby. Pay is between $12-$15/hour. If you have HVAC skills, we will pay more.
