Looking to hire an experienced handyman for various projects associated with new home construction. Jobs include punching the house upon completion, warranty work for customers already residing in their home, and other small projects on an as needed bases. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or can accomplish small paint jobs, drywall touch ups, door adjustments, light trim work, small tile jobs, and other skills needed to complete the house or warranty work. This position requires you to have your own tools, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check. You will serve in a subcontractor role so you must be able to provide a W9, workers comp (or waiver), and insurance. Compensation is dependent on the job(s) you complete and bill for.
