A unique position the combines savvy sales skills and Power Tools! The role of the installer is to preform in-home estimates, consultations, and installations. The installer serves as the face of the company in the field and insures each customer is provided the best customer experience possible. Our inside sales team coordinates and schedules appointments; allowing the installer to focus on providing final estimates, recommendations, checking feasibility, and encouraging upsells at every opportunity. We specialize in a consultative sales approach and excel in providing the best experience possible to our customer's. Applicants considered must have a proven history of providing excellent customer service. This person must have a friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality as they are the face of the company in the customer's home. The installer must be a self-starter and self-motivated to exceed and work towards a mutual success of the company. The candidate must have a desire to work in the field performing simple to moderate installations. You must be comfortable with heights and have basic to moderate knowledge of roofing and electric, also enjoy interacting with customers and comfortable working with hand tools. We will provide Manufacturer Certified training, the tools to succeed, and the opportunity for long-term growth. You must provide the commitment, drive, and the desire to succeed. Compensation: Ranges from $32,000 - $45,000 or more, depending on the individual (hourly pay plus commission). Required Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to engage customers and build rapport • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written • Consultative sales experience is highly desired • Ability to work some weekends • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to prove insurability • Must have a smart phone with data • Ability to use mobile technology • Self-driven and a self-starter • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen We provide: • Secure and established company • Work van and insurance • Tablet provided • Uniforms • Paid holidays • On and offsite training • All needed tools and equipment BENEFITS: Paid Holidays.
