This is a full-time position for hard working team players, who will be working to help people recover and restore their possessions from fire, water, or mold losses... "Like It Never Even Happened". Regardless of prior experience, all employees will undergo the proper training for safety and techniques used in the work in both residential and commercial settings, including: - Construction restoration work including drywall, carpentry, painting and flooring installation. - Fire damage restoration, including clearing of damaged materials, cleaning surfaces and furnishings and sealing for odor control; - Water damage restoration, including removal of water damaged materials, water extraction, and drying; - Mold remediation, including, demolition, cleaning, creating health safe zones; - Carpet cleaning and general cleanups with results that impress our customers; Requirements for the Restoration Technician position include: - Desire to attain a high level of customer satisfaction; - Organized persons with positive attitude; - Good communication skills with ability to work as a team; - Experience a plus but not necessary if you are interested in learning a new trade; - Ability to follow detailed instructions, including adhering to safety requirements; - Respectful of others, including co-workers and customers; dependable and on-time; - Driver's license and clean driving record; - Ability to lift heavy objects and in good physical health; - A sense of urgency to respond quickly to people who are in need of the services we offer.
