The Waggoners Trucking, an innovative leader in the transportation industry, is currently seeking a Full-Time Load Supervisor for our Ladson, SC location. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Load Supervisor will provide assistance and guidance to drivers, ensuring customer requirements are met by providing safe securement of vehicles for damage-free transportation to dealers and customers. The successful candidate will also act as a goodwill ambassador for customers of The Waggoners Trucking while performing these tasks. Our success depends on the staff we employ. Basic Load Supervisor Responsibilities ▸ Conduct self professionally in interactions with drivers and customers ▸ Work in an office setting, as well as, outdoor loading areas in a variety of weather conditions ▸ Perform pre-load inspections ▸ Record defects or damages on vehicle inspection reports ▸ Review and sign off on loads prior to leaving the facility ▸ PC data entry ▸ Drive safely and courteously ▸ Be available for work on weekends or holidays, as advised ▸ Comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations Minimum Qualifications ▸ High school diploma or G.E.D. ▸ Minimum of 3 years yard supervisory or auto transport experience ▸ Computer literacy – MS Outlook, MS Excel (basic) Apply Online Or call Rena at our National Recruiting Center @ (864) 764-1911 to find out more!
