The final day to turn in a nomination for " The Prom King /Queen is July 7th by 11:59pm. https://form.jotform.com/211308444301038 The Prom Experience Admission Guidelines and Safety Precautions All guests will be required to provide a NEGATIIVE COVID 19 Test Result at least 72 hours prior to the event date. (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please email test results to [email protected]. Each student will also be required to sign a pre-screening COVID form & parental waiver. Students who are ill or are experiencing any of COVID 19 symptoms are expected to remain at home and not attend “The Prom Experience Event”. Day of Event We will require temperature checks upon entry for all guest with a ticket and all guest will be required wear a mask. Everyone is expected to behave in a respectful manner. Once participants enter the dance, they are not permitted to leave and return. Prom attendees must arrive NO LATER THAN 8:30PM; no one will be admitted after that time. FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? No guest over 21 years of age will be admitted. No Parents will be allowed. All students attending “The Prom Experience” must present their current school ID. Guest that does not attend a listed school must provide valid photo ID & enter w/ the student of above school. What is the Dress code? FORMAL PROM ATTIRE IS REQUIRED, (No Jeans or casual attire is appropriate and will not be permitted for this formal event.) Shirts must be worn and be buttoned and collared. No bandannas, baseball caps, or other hats or headwear are allowed. No exposed undergarments or sleepwear. Event host has the final judgment in determining compliance with the Dress Code and making the subjective determination of modesty. No Bags or Large Purses will be allowed. Is my registration/ticket transferrable? No, registration is non-transferrable. Can I update my registration information? Yes, please update your registration information at least two weeks prior to the event date. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You must provide either a printed ticket or an e-ticket to enter the event. What is the refund policy? All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.
