** HIRE ON THE SPOT, Open Interviews Wed-Fri, May 19-21, 9am-4pm ** Work Indoors One Fat Frog is seeking several experienced installation technicians to support our operations in Orlando, FL. As an installation technician for One Fat Frog you are a pivotal member of our team, ensuring our various commercial kitchen equipment is properly installed in our mobile kitchens (food trucks, trailers, etc.). You would be responsible for the installation of equipment such as ovens, fryers, fridges, freezers, and food prep tables. Full Time, health/dental/Vision/401K benefits, and vacation included. Competitive pay rates. Essential Job Functions: - Ability to competently use power tools such as drills, grinders, saws, etc. - Ability to read a tape measure and utilize measurements. - Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds alone, and equipment weighing up to 7,500 pounds with a team. - Ability to work in a warehouse environment, occasionally during tough conditions. (Heat, sawdust, dirt, etc.) - Ability to follow a blueprint for a mobile kitchen layout. - Ability to follow directions. - Must strictly adhere to all safety procedures and practices. - General custodial duties. - Performs all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. - Warehouse, manufacturing, installation, or construction experience required. - Basic math skills.
