Facility Management Company looking to hire a Floor Care Supervisor immediately. Summary: The Floor Care Supervisor will be in charge of the directing, supervising and scheduling all Floor Care work for the entire organization. SEND RESUME TO:[email protected] or replied to this ad. Job Duties: Must supervise the Floor Care Technicians work in all areas where the organization provides services. Performs routine inspections, work and quality control of all Floor Care work assignments. This position is a working supervisor position and the Supervisor must work along with the Floor Care Technicians to guarantee that deadlines are met. Must follow all safety regulations and procedures. Must be able to show initiative and work according to the organization procedures and requirements. Must be able to monitor the staff schedules and time. Must be able to stay in budget. Must be able to repair equipment and maintain equipment in optimal conditions. Must be able to forecast time of service and resources needed. Must be able to travel to all areas where the organization offers Floor Care services. Must be able to work under a flexible schedule or adapt to last minute changes. Must be able to work day, evenings or nights including weekends or holidays when needed. Must keep a clear communication with the VP of Operations and Director of Operations. Must be able to create schedules and produce reports, including sending updates via email of the status of the projects. Must be able to provide support to other Divisions when needed. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years of Floor Care experience and supervisory experience. Must have experience in all type of floor care surfaces and procedures. Qualifications and Knowledge: Ability to follow deadlines Ability to comply with all Safety Procedures Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Must be able to understand all label written specifications of all products that are being used at the accounts for Floor Care. Possesses considerable knowledge of the operation, use of care of vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, polishing machines and general floor care equipment. Must know how to repair the equipment if needed. Bilingual-English and Spanish preferred. We are a E-Verify Employer Candidates must pass background checks
