It is 3 single use restrooms 112sf. small break room 100 sf. carpet 1800 sf. total 2012 sf. Wednesday and Friday cleaning starts at 1pm finish by 2.30 pm. It pays $40 to $46 an hour great pay 400.00 a month. Again US 41 Highway Apollo Beach Fl. 33572 Need to speak English and have your own cleaning equipment vacuum, commercial floor mopping system, microfiber clothes, and cleaning chemicals. Brand new office. You will be in business for yourself with 1099 pay and must take pride in your work. We are looking for people who are motivated to go the extra step to do quality cleaning and satisfy the customer. Not just trash and minimum work approach. This is not for everyone it is a business opportunity not just a minimum wage cleaning opportunity.
