Immediate Need Responsible for overall physical maintenance of the property, which includes but not limited to, cleaning of vacant storage units, grounds, bathrooms, painting, cleaning unit doors, and assisting with U-Haul trucks. Part-time 29 hours per week. Responsibilities and Duties * Positive attitude and willingness to help customers when they require assistance with garage doors, locks, and keys, etc. * Availability to perform exterior light check once a month * Basic understanding of light maintenance. * Ability to operate small power tools, climb a ladder and clean out gutters and maintain golf carts, keep grounds and bathrooms clean * Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to (50) fifty pounds, walking, standing for long periods of time, climbing ladders, and working on hands and knees may all be required to perform the job.
