Re-homing 10 month old Mini Goldendoodle

Rehoming my female mini Goldendoodle as I can no longer take care of her. She is about 34lbs. She is very sweet, playful and smart. She loves people and other dogs. Only issue is that her left eye developed an ulcer from being scratched by another dog when she was a baby. It is currently leaking, red and swollen. She will have to be seen and treated by ophthalmologist. I just want her to go to a good home where she can be cared for.
