Tea Meditation at Child's ParkInstructor: Miles CramerJoin us at Child's Park for a guided tea meditation. The instructor will guide us through the preparation and drinking of a bowl of tea. We will connect with our breath and cultivate gratitude, compassion, and root deep in the present moment.
Tea and teaware will be provided. All you will need to bring is yourself and blanket or yoga mat to sit on if you don't want to sit directly on the ground.
