Sunset Yoga on the terrace of The Sangria Bowl. The Sangria Bowl will be hosting Sunset Yoga on our terrace. Following yoga, enjoy a refreshing glass of sangria. Tickets include 1 glass of sangria. This yoga class will be taught by Caroline! She teaches a modern, mixed level fitness yoga class at studio 120 in Culpeper that combines strength and fitness with basic yoga postures in a flowing sequence leading to deeper stretches and relaxation. This class is for any level, whether you are doing yoga for the first time or have been doing yoga for years. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!
