Looking for experienced maintenance person. **email your resume** Must have: reliable transportation reliable phone and phone service able to pass criminal background check able to pass drug screening Job description: working at a 100 acre camp with over 30 buildings, pool, lake, etc much of the work is outside all year long must be comfortable working ladders and on roofs minor electrical repairs - replace switches, outlets, fixtures, etc minor plumbing repairs must be knowledgeable on PVC, CPVC PEX plumbing experience in carpentry / decks, etc experienced in drywall repairs experienced in painting inside and out roofing repairs shingles, metal roofing all sorts of odd jobs $16 per hour full time M-F 7:30 - 4:00 **email your resume**
