If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, or if our product wears out, GORUCK will repair it or replace it.  DESCRIPTION -Performs repairs on products, following our repair manual and maintaining a detailed understanding of GORUCK standards on all product construction, for both new and updated products. -Performs customizations on GORUCK products according to standard operating procedures. -Organizes, tracks and reports on the repairs needed and performed.  -Works closely with our customer service, product creation and operations teams to ensure that the customers needs are met, and our product standards are maintained at all times.  -Support our fulfillment operations in Jacksonville, FL, which includes receiving and organizing incoming product shipments, finding products in the warehouse and packing products for orders, scanning and labeling packages, logging inventory, and processing returns. -Assist with additional tasks and duties as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS -Education: high school diploma or equivalent -Ability to operate machinery, such as sewing machines and repair equipment, and handle physical workload, lifting up to 20 pounds.  -Ability to meet or exceed production quotas after a 3-month training period -Ability to use a computer to enter data -Ability to express oneself clearly in interactions with others -Ability to read and understand job tickets and/or reports -Must be self-motivated and maintain an organized work space -Must adhere to all workplace and trade safety laws, regulations, standards, and practices -Willingness to learn new skills, work hard and earn their place in GORUCK THE IDEAL CANDIDATE -Takes pride in their work -Works efficiently, independently and professionally -Has had experience working with, sewing or repairing durable material such as canvas, ballistic nylon, leather, upholstery, or similar material, preferred but not required -Former military rigger or experience with repairing military equipment is preferred but not required -Has strong time management skills -Identifies opportunities for process improvement -Can identify trends in repairs to address an underlying issue -Able to fit into the work harder, play hardest GORUCK culture
