COFA, in conjunction with Competitive Edge Mixed Martial Arts, is offering a self-defense/development workshop! Everyone is valuable and worth protecting! COFA, in conjunction with Competitive Edge Mixed Martial Arts, is offering a self-defense/development workshop to teach and empower women how to identify, acknowledge and combat threatening situations. In the seminar we will cover situational awareness, basic strikes, and escapes from holds and grabs. This 2 hour seminar is for women ages 15+. Teens under 18 must have parent/guardian permission to participate. Come dressed in appropriate workout attire. The Suggested Donation for this seminar is $30 and limited to 30 participants so sign up quickly! About COFA: COFA is an All Volunteer organization and is a designated 501(c)3 Non-profit organization. Your tax deductible suggested donation of $30 goes toward training materials/equipment and is greatly appreciated!
