And in most indoor settings, masking and social distancing are unnecessary. This would include the Althea Center. The Board of Althea is continuing to follow Colorado State and CDC guidelines, therefore, masks will not be required to be worn by fully vaccinated people inside our building. We will also remove the orange tape enforcing space between attendees. However, everyone should be respectful of individuals who may wish to continue wearing masks, keep socially distanced, and avoid hugs. If you have questions, please email Sarma at [email protected]. She will forward them to Board member Dr. Charlie Foster who works in the medical profession and received immediate CDC guidelines as they changed. He has been our guiding light to make tough decisions about Althean’s safety during this challenging time.
