Swing by the Newport library, check out a book then stop in the Kentucky Room to complete a Girl Scout Promise activity. Incoming kindergartners and first graders are invited to Newport Library to learn the Girl Scout Promise! Girls will be able to complete a craft to take home. You do not have to be a registered Girl Scout to attend this event. If you are interested in joining Girl Scouts, someone will be there to answer your questions.
