A&A is currently look for a FT Day Maintenance Supervisor for one of its White Plains, NY sites. Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm $20.88/hr, Health benefits with employee contribution available including medical, dental, vision, 401K. The focus of the role is to provide day to day support to the Operations team while they are out in the field. Will assist in improving operational efficiencies with customers. Monitoring and communicating with both Operations and customers as needed on jobs and projects. Following up on customer request and follow organizational trends, performance indicators in the field. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Job Skills: Further this role will encompass the following responsibilities: • Reviews, researches and/or enters data in our system WinTeam and E-Hub. • Compiles data, alert upper management of any trends by sectors and issues in the Operations field. Provides various regular and adhoc reports in order to come up with logical preventive solutions. • Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues. • Assists management with Business Control Self-Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review when issues come up in the field. • Prevention essential functions: Supports Operations team by taking preventive action to mitigate company damages; for example rainy days communicate with Operations to remind them to alert their staff to take pre-cautions such as put sign up. • Identify corrective action and programs to remedy constant trends which result in organizational losses and problems. • Conduct customer service surveys. • Forward customer complaints to proper Directors, Ops. Mgr. • Follow up on customer complaint’s/request, status with clients, Directors, Managers, or Supervisors. • Send daily surveys and complaints to ARJR, CAR and all Directors via e-mail. And expect their responses. • Update and maintain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets). • Go over weekly survey complaints. • Monitor and maintain efficient control of all QA Inspections by-following up with all Op. Mgr. • All Op. Mgr. must be provided with copies of all QA inspections. • Revise and Update monthly budgets for MRO’s (Monthly Re-Occurrences Orders). • Maintain and follow up on all Radios, Equipment and transportation repairs. • When needed will assist Op. Mgr. with e-mails, follow ups, and letters. • Assists with other duties and projects as assigned. Experience Preferred: • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish • 2-3 experience in customer service • Computer literate, Microsoft word, Excel, Windows Physical Requirements: o 85% Sitting. o Lifting up to 20 pounds
