Hello, We run a small company that maintains a number of properties and are seeking someone on a part-time basis who is capable of handling a wide range of repairs. Tasks may include working on sinks, toilets, locks, etc... installing, removing, reinstalling cabinetry, or other similar maintenance and remodeling needs. Additionally, there may be emergency tasks or troubleshooting of issues. The right candidate will have good organizational skills and can work independently, as some days you will be accompanied, but other days sent out by yourself. You may also be sent out in the company van (Access to Van Provided After a Trial Period), and so you must have a driver's license (No Exceptions). If you own your own tools that's a plus.
