FREE Yoga//Meditation inside of a Pine Tree! Join me in my very LAST free community class inside of the Tree Haven!! This is truly a one of a kind yoga experience! Inside of a Pine Tree, we are completely held by its relaxed branches in a shady open space in circle around the tree trunk. Connecting with our sacred Mother Earth, and the sacred divinity within. What to Bring🌿✨ ✨A yoga mat ✨A towel or blanket to place your mat on (otherwise your mat will rest right on the soil! (May result in a mini sappy, pine needly problem)) ✨Water to drink **Optional to bring a FRIEND!! Sharing such a special event with a friend may make their day!
