Full-time cleaner needed for real estate company

Seeking full-time cleaner for residential apartments in Boston and vicinity that have short-term guests (Airbnb, etc) and long-term tenants. You will clean private rooms, studios, small to medium apartments, building common areas, etc. Types of cleanings will be quick turnovers (2 hour cleanings), deep cleanings (4-6 hour cleanings). During the cleanings you will do any or all of the following: laundry, make beds, organize the apartment, wipe surfaces, clean dishes, wipe surfaces, interior windows, inspect to ensure everything is working, etc. You will be directed by our full-time virtual staff and local owner. SHIFT: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week). (Overtime is available in nights/weekends during emergencies but we have other contractors to cover us). BENEFITS: - Approved expenses reimbursed. - Vacation 1 week paid. - Insurance covering Injuries, Liability, and Property Damage. No healthcare coverage available. - Performance bonus available. - Free stay 1-week per year for you or a friend at any of our available properties. - Overtime compensation available at 1.5x (time and a half) REQUIREMENTS: - Must have car or truck (approved transportation costs are reimbursed). - Must live in Boston area within 30 minutes drive.
