Join our growing real estate management company as we take over unique residential spaces, co-living, short-term rentals, and multifamily. We seek someone excited about property management, who is friendly, reliable, honest, and can work independently. ROLE: Full-time handyman responsible for 50+ units/rooms (in Boston and vicinity) with short-term and long-term tenants. We are a small business and will rely on you to handle most day-to-day on-site needs during your shift, including general property maintenance, trash removal, paint, cleanings, furniture move and assembly, and possibly basic plumbing, basic electric, etc. You will be supported by contractors as-needed for heavy lifts, or for needs outside of your shift hours. You will be directed by our full-time virtual staff and local owner. SHIFT: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week). (Overtime is available in nights/weekends during emergencies but we have other contractors to cover us). BENEFITS: - Approved expenses reimbursed. - Vacation 1 week paid. - Insurance coverage for injuries. No healthcare coverage available. - Performance bonus / profit-share available. - Free stay 1-week per year for you or a friend at any of our available properties. - Overtime compensation available at 1.5x (time and a half) REQUIREMENTS: - Must have work authorization and license to drive. - Must have car or truck (approved transportation costs are reimbursed). - Must live in Boston area within 30 minutes drive. Referral incentive: If you refer someone that we hire, you will be paid $300 up-front, then $1,000 after 4 months (initial trial period to confirm it was a good hire).
