Dallas Open Decks VIII - 5/22/21 HAM Promotions is excited to bring back Dallas Open Decks THIS Satuday May 22nd, 2021 @ The Green Elephant for Round 8!! Come be a part of the LARGEST locals only DJ event in DFW! We are expecting a lot of people to attend so PLEASE READ DETAILS BELOW IF YOU WANT TO PERFORM: -HAM is taking over the Green Elephant once again for Dallas Open Decks VIII where anyone can show up, sign up, and perform or simply come party! -Sign-ups take place from 6-7pm the night of the event during a FREE happy hour and networking period for local DJ's and producers -CDJ’s + Sound System + Mics Provided -Must bring USB’s + headphones to play on CDJ’s (Rekordbox ready) -36 DJ's will be randomly picked at 7:00 with 9 reserves (total of 45 DJ's) for 20 minute sets each -Music starts at 8pm and everyone must enter with a ticket at this point -Come to impress the HAM bookings team while meeting tons of other talented local artists -HAM will also be picking artists to open at upcoming shows PLEASE PLEASE: Make sure to get to the venue between 6-7 to sign up for a chance to perform - we had LOTS of people turn up last time so performance is not guaranteed and set times will be chosen at 7pm. Goal/Mission: To provide the safest option to experience live music in DFW HAM has collaborated with Green Elephant on curating an event space that is in accordance with all city regulations AND more! We are adamantly holding our staff and all attendees to a standard that respects current times of uncertainty. Both companies are excited to ease back into an experience we have all missed by providing full audio and visual production in the safest environment we can possibly create! Tickets: We sell tickets individually and in group settings allowing each group their own safe private area. Each group ticket(s) purchased will provide the following: 1. Tickets for you to give out to your rave fam 2. 10x10 private socially distanced area 3. 6ft Table & Private Light Single tickets will be sold as well. Safety Standards: -Sectioned Groups in Backyard (Tickets Sold in Groups & Individually) -Bar Open Inside -Face Masks Required -Sanitation Stations & Runners ALL precautionary rules/regulations that are established will be STRICTLY enforced by our zero-tolerance policy. This is not your typical show. But it is a chance to enjoy a safer option to experience live music. We are excited about this new journey and appreciate all the love and support as we guide each other through these uncertain times. All guests without proper face coverings will be turned away, without a refund. All HAM & Green Elephant staff will be wearing PPE. • Per contact tracing standards, No Tickets Will Be Transferrable. YOUR ID MUST MATCH NAME ON THE TICKET. No Exceptions, All Others will be denied entry... • Attendees must have a current, government-issued ID with date of birth and photo (i.e. driver’s license, passport, military ID, etc) • All events are Rain or Shine.
