Boise Cleaning Maid Easy LLC is looking for an experienced cleaner that can manage other staff and take responsibility for timely and quality cleans for primarily residential homes throughout the Treasure Valley. The majority of the work is in Boise, but travel throughout the county will be required. Under minimal supervision, the assistant manager is responsible for the support of Cleaning Technicians. This is done by providing leadership, employee training, quality inspections, and delivering supplies to your team and accounts as needed. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30pm. No nights and no weekends. Responsibilities -Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate supplies. -Driving between cleaning locations. -Cleaning independently and with teams. -Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. -Maintain company quality standards through inspections. -Manage and work well with the rest of the staff. -Follow and enforce all health and safety regulations. -May assist in the hiring process. Skills -Experience as a high quality cleaner. -Ability to handle heavy lifting. -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. -Integrity and leadership ability. -High school degree or higher.
