JOB DESCRIPTION Apartment complex in North Richland is seeking a full-time housekeeper to clean vacant apartments as they come available, cleaning of the common areas, and to handle other regular cleaning duties around the property. Must be prompt, personable, organized, detailed, efficient, and self-motivated. JOB REQUIREMENTS: All qualifications and experience appearing in the job description and below should be reflected in your resume to be considered for referral. *Must be willing to coordinate with and take direction from Property Manager. *Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping services *Must be willing to adhere to property's expectations for a move-in ready apartment *Must have reliable transportation *High School Diploma, GED or equivalent *Must be flexible as hours may vary *Provide three work or business references *Background check and drug test will be required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: *Previous housekeeping experience in a multi-family or professional office setting HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: Position is Monday-Friday, but hours will depend on each apartment's condition upon move-out, as well as the workload for the week. CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: The recruitment period will remain active until filled, expired or at the direction of the employer.
