Job details Hourly: $20 - $30+ an hour Job Type: Framing Lead “Full-time” Number of hires for this role “2” Qualifications • Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred) • Carpentry: 5 years (Preferred) • Driver's License (Preferred) Full Job Description: We are a residential/commercial builder in Central Washington (Chelan) area and we're looking for skilled carpenter with a minimum of 5 yr.’s experience. Pay will be $25+ hr. DOE plus health insurance, and retirement match. Since we build projects from start to finish, a general knowledge of the entire construction process is preferable. Requirements include: ·Reliable transportation ·Be able to be put on tasks and finish them without supervision and minimal direction. ·Have the necessary hand tools. ·Be willing to work outside despite the weather conditions. ·Perform any task given to them with a good attitude. ·Capable of instructing and directing company labor or hired temp labor. ·MUST have a good work ethic which includes a generally good attitude. ·Able to be cordial and accommodating to neighbors. ·Can work on ladders up to 40ft.
