2021 Memorial Day MURPH CrossFit Pistol Creek is excited to host a community workout: Memorial Day MURPH. This is a workout to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy, United States Navy (SEAL) who lost his life on June 28, 2005. LT. Murphy was posthumously awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. We hope you will consider joining the CrossFit Pistol Creek family as we honor a true American hero. The Workout: 1 Mile Run. 100 Pullups. 200 Pushups. 300 Air Squats. 1 Mile Run. **If you intend to complete this workout in a weighted vest, please be sure to bring that with you. We invite you to attend and participate in the workout. Participation is FREE and, as always, there is an option to purchase an event shirt. These orders are due no later than 10AM on Monday, May 24th so that we are sure to have them for you the day of the event. You'll be prompted to enter your size choice for apparel during the registration process. Pricing is shown below: Adult T-Shirts (all are unisex): $20 plus tax Ladies Tank Tops: $25 plus tax Kids T-Shirts: $20 plus tax Heats begin at 8AM and will be appropriately scaled to meet the needs and abilities of all participants. An email will be sent the Saturday prior to the event with a link to the heat sheet. **The health and safety of all members and participants still remains a high priority at CFPC. Please be mindful of this as we expect to have numerous athletes participating in this event.
