We’re seeking experienced and inexperienced individuals for an Administrative Assistant position in the property management industry. BG MULTIFAMILY hires full-time and part-time professionals for available apartment community maintenance, leasing & office positions.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a BILINGUAL Administrative Assistant, you will be the first step in each resident’s 5-star customer service experience. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service at all times within a residential setting. This position reports to the property or leasing manager.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES
• Greet residents, answer phones, set appointments, take messages
• Help with filing, organization, administrative tasks
• Answer resident inquiries, manage resident requests, manage package storage and delivery, allow authorized visitors and vendors on to the property as needed
• Processing lease applications, preparing lease packets
JOB REQUIREMENTS *MUST SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH*
• Have dependable transportation to and from work
• Property Management background is preferred, but not required
• Strong Administrative / Organizational skills
• Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
• Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers
