Bootcamp every Monday at 6:00-7:00pm and every Saturday 8:00-9:00am. Ensure you select the correct day when signing up.
We will be doing a variety of workouts that vary every class. The class will be a mix of HIIT, tabata, body weight exercises, yoga, cardio, and fun! Equipement, like booty bands and weights, will be supplied. This class is for all levels, modifications and adjustments will be offered for everyone's skill set. Let's get our sweat on!
This class will take place outside in the beer garden. If it rains we will simply move inside.
