Come Join us Saturday May 22nd at 12:00pm in ATL, Ga at the Loft for the official Sculpt and Slide Class. This class is $15 and The Sculpt and Slide Class will be a full body tone class with the combination of leg and core exercises. Signature slide movements will also be incorporated. We will ensure you a great workout and a great time! Bring a friend, come prepare to sculpt your body and sliiiide into a sweat! DJ - Will be there with great energy to turn up the class.
