Locally owned landscape/lawn maintenance company is seeking an EXPERIENCED Crew Leader to start immediately. Need to be able to work in Florida's weather and be dependable. Must have a minimum of 2 years' crew leader experience in landscape maintenance in the Southwest Florida area. Job Requirements: - Crew Leader must have valid, clean driver's license and have knowledge of operating a landscape truck and trailer. - Dependable, Detailed Oriented and Experience with all lawn maintenance equipment. - Duties include mowing, edging, mulching, trimming, apply clean lines to bed, clipping and planting. - Perform basic equipment maintenance and sharpen blades in the off season. - Perform tree and hedge trimming, installations and removals. - Lead and delegate to a crew of 4 or 5. - Understand the monthly and daily work schedule. - Customer service skills are a MUST. Need to inspect properties for quality checks and communicate with customers. - Must be on time and can work through the day. - Overtime work may be required during the summer season. 40 hour work week. No smokers please. Bilingual preferred, however must speak English. Weekly pay. Pay will be based on experience.
