Make meaningful connections with LGBTQ professionals at our first in-person networking event after social distancing! We're back – and we'd love to meet you in person! Early registration is open to current and new Supporting Members until May 31. Join or renew at outprofessionals.org/membership Network with Out Professionals as we safely return to in-person networking! We'll be meeting in Rocco's Paradise, an open-air outdoor street garden, reserved for our event. Early registration for new and current Supporting Members (just $65/year) is open through May 31, at which time guest registration will be available. To maximize safety and the freedom to mingle, this event is open to fully vaccinated individuals. You’ll arrive at our famously friendly monthly networking mixer with an opportunity to meet and make professional connections. Color-coded industry badges will help you identify and connect with people in your industry or make it easier to identify others who might facilitate a project or fill a business need for you. Be sure to pocket a handful of business cards to exchange for later follow-up –– or power up your LinkedIn app in advance to connect seamlessly with others on the spot. To attend this in-person event, every registrant must agree to the following: Bring and show proof of vaccination at the door. Acceptable proof is a completed COVID-19 vaccination card with the second dose received before June 7, 2021. Abide by the current safety protocols of the CDC and CA/West Hollywood in place at the time of the event. Giving the rapidly relaxing requirements, a mask-optional event is increasingly likely, but can not be guaranteed.Read and digitally sign the COVID-19 waiver. Printed waivers will be available to read and sign at the door, but completing yours in advance will save you time at the registration desk.Be kind to your fellow professionals. Regardless of any requirement, some may choose to wear a mask. Please treat them equally.We ask for your patience and understanding as we perfect hosting events in our new reality.With the strict capacity requirement, advance registration is highly recommended. LGBT Family Building consultant Andrew Barmann is the Ambassador for our newly founded Los Angeles chapter. Andrew is a former national-level swimmer from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Sociology with an LGBT focus and a minor in Exercise & Sport Studies. Andrew comes to us from charter sponsor, Dr. John Norian, at HRC Fertility as their LGBT patient ambassador, where he helps gay men become informed and get started on their surrogacy journeys. Andrew is also the head assistant swim coach for the Conejo Valley Masters team. Andrew lives in Simi Valley with his partner Bradon and two huskies, Mowgley and Manning.
