FALMOUTH, MA — The Barnstable County Health Department will offer coronavirus vaccine clinics for students at Morse Pond, Lawrence and Falmouth High School. School officials said students over 12 can receive a Pfizer vaccine during school with parental consent. School physician Dr. Greg Parkinson said the vaccines are "extremely effective and safe and effective" in young people, and encouraged parents to sign their kids' up for their first dose. "Now we have a path forward and the tools to defeat the virus, to let kids plan and learn and see their loved ones and friends like they used too," Parkinson said in a video shared on the district's Facebook page.
