Spring is in the air and if your New Year’s resolutions are a little rusty, our new yoga series is the ideal way to get back into fitness, wellness and health. Each week, a local instructor will lead you in a 1-hour session, perfect for both beginners and more advanced practitioners. The Games Deck features one of the best views of the downtown Kansas City skyline, making it an optimal place to unwind and be inspired. While you’re here, we invite you to enjoy a specially curated brunch and pool access – see ticket options for more information. $15 – 1-hour yoga session on the Westin Games Deck$30 – 1-hour yoga session on the Westin Games Deck and brunch in One East. Brunch includes a (1) entrée. Brunch is available for dine-in or to take with you.$50 – 1-hour yoga session on the Westin Games Deck, brunch in One East and access to Westin’s heated outdoor pool and fitness center.Please note: Yoga mats and towels are not provided. We request that you bring your own.Featured drink specials in One East will be offered for attendees who purchase tickets with brunch included.Raffles will be drawn at each session.Finally, those who purchase the all-day pass will be entered into a raffle for a complimentary one-night stay at the Westin! *Winner will be drawn on June 14, 2021*Stay is based on hotel availability*More about our amazing instructors: Drew Roeder-Bouge, 200 RYT, Z-Flow Power Yoga, Yoga Alliance Member, AFAA Certified Group Fitness, AFAA Yoga Certified, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach Drew has been teaching group fitness and training clients for over 20 years, during that time has taught a wide variety of types of fitness from high-intensity workouts to cardio and strength training, in 2019 he developed a passion for yoga and decided to add a 200 hour yoga training to his list of certifications. Drew’s goal is to help cultivate the desire to live a healthy lifestyle with everyone he works with. His mission is create a fun and exhilarating experience for all of his students that challenges them not only mentally, but physically on their mat; and relating it back to those same challenges that we all face in our daily lives off the mat.
