National Train A Teacher Day - No charge for any teacher or school staff member. June 19, 2021 8AM-1:30PM (Arrive at 7:30AM to Sign In) All Teachers and School Staff Members Are Welcome to Attend This Free Day of Classes being held at Apple Valley Gun Club for the Annual National Train A Teacher Day Event in Victorville, CA There is a nominal $10.00 fee for lunch. The mission of National Train A Teacher Day is to protect kids through educating and empowering teachers, staff and admin. NTATD is a means to actual solutions that will protect our children. Educational opportunities offered include: Awareness, medical, unarmed, and deterrence training as well as firearms instruction. Your Day of Classes will include:USCCA Countering The Mass Shooter Threat & Emergency Gunshot and Stabbing Wound Trauma Care NRA Home Firearms Safety focusing on Handguns NRA Refuse To Be A Victim You will receive a certificate of completion for each class All Classes will be given by NRA & USCCA Certified Instructors who are volunteering their time and skills to empower teachers and school staff to be better able to protect the children in our community.
