Downtown Container Park announces new Country Throwdown event lineup featuring line dancing, live music and drink specials. Yippee-ki-yay and 2 step the night away every first and third Friday of the month. The Downtown Container Park will welcome guests with a little southern hospitality offering line dancing lessons, Wild Turkey cocktail specials and a rotating lineup of live country music and entertainment. 6pm Dream Dance LV will host line dancing lessons on the lawn for fresh faces and seasoned scooters. 7-10pm You can show off your new skills or come join the country crowd accompanied by the electric pluck of guitars and steady rhythm of a drum with a live band! This week is is Cross Country Road. Backed by Wild Turkey Bourbon and the trio of bars -- Oak & Ivy, Downtown Terrace, and Bin 702 have crafted a menu of drink specials available. Cocktails include a Burnin Branch, Rhinestone Cowboy and Wild Turkey Lemonade! Entry is FREE but after 9pm is limited to 21+ See you for a boot scootin' country good time!
