No manager in your office looking over your shoulder daily, you are your own manager. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Payroll Information & Pay Amounts For all pay amounts below you are guaranteed overtime & set hours weekly & monthly. You are paid 2 times a month. Commissions are on top of monthly pay & Can be anywhere from $300 - $2000 Monthly on top of monthly pay. Amounts below are just starting pays. We have Managers & Agents that make $3800 a month + once they hit their goals & build up their office sales. $2400 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – No Experience You will also receive commissions on top of this amount. $2600 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – Sales Experience or Limited Lines License You will also receive commissions on top of this amount. $2800 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – P&C License You will also receive commissions on top of this amount. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Work hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 7pm Saturday - 10am to 5pm Sunday - OFF *You also get 2 set days off a month that are assigned to you, on top of Sundays Once you hit your Goals your Hours will be dropped to 5 days a week & you get a raise as well. Must be a Fast Learner-Must be good at problem solving.
