Red Rock Cannabis is looking to hire trimmers at our cultivation facility located in Camp Verde, Arizona. JOB OVERVIEW The Trim Technician’s primary responsibility is to trim marijuana buds to company quality standards. The Trim Technician may also assist with harvesting and processing duties, which may require heavy physical exertion. Detailed recordkeeping, strict adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures and compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) regulations are mandatory. Daily cleaning, sanitizing and disposal of waste in your area and machinery. May require handling of cleaning fluids, according to AZDHS compliance guidelines. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS - High level of integrity and a strong work ethic. - Desire to work in marijuana cultivation - Willingness to quickly learn trimming techniques of high-quality medical marijuana. - Strong interpersonal skills: must be a team player who communicates positively. - Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis. - Ability to work extended days on an occasional basis. - Ability to work daytime or evening hours. - Personal transportation is required. - Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid State ID, and must not have any excluding felonies in order able to obtain Dispensary Agent Card. - Must be able to pass background check for prior felonies. - Ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse environment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Standing for long periods of time. - Sitting for long periods of time. - Very good hand dexterity with repetitive movements - Ability to lift 30 to 40 pounds
