It's mental health month and a lot of people are not aware that neglecting the body plays a pivotal part in stabilizing our whole being. There's so many way to care for our bodies but intentional movement connected with mindfulness opens you up for healing all across the board. We can focus on mind, body and spirit all at once. Join us bi-weekly for the rest of the summer as we explore the theme "For the Love of Black". There will be amazing playlist and beautiful moments you won't forget, bring a friend this event isn't gender specific so all transgenders and non-binary or gender queer are welcomed.
