Create your own piece of living botanical art with the guidance of one of our design experts. In this hands-on workshop you'll create your own air plant wreath on a reclaimed barbed wire frame, perfect for securing air plants! The wreaths can be displayed outdoors provided they aren't exposed to direct sun, and should be brought indoor as temperatures begin to drop in fall. Air plants need bright and indirect light (an east or north-facing window is ideal) to thrive when they come indoors. The $10 registration fee reserves your spot in the workshop and your wreath frame (approximately 12-16" frame size). You'll select the plants you want to include from our ample supply in the Botany Pop-Up Shop, and only pay for what you use. Depending on how full you want your wreath to be, you can plan to spend between $40-$100 on plant material. All air plants and air plant accessories (misters and fertilizer) will be 10% off for workshop participants.
