Building Resources Corp Reports to: Field Operations Director, & Mario Balero, President Projected Hours: 9:00AM - 5:30PM & 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (includes.50 unpaid lunch) – barring any emergency daytime/nighttime outside of these hours General: • Special Services reports to the Field Operations Supervisor; • Has a valid driver’s license; • Is available beyond scheduled hours if deemed a necessity or emergency by the BRC management staff • Has the ability and knowledge to perform the duties of a Special Services crew member; including but not limited to: o Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors o Steam-clean or shampoo carpets o Clean and restore building interiors damaged by fire, smoke, or water • Visit customer sites to oversee the work of general cleaners; • Makes certain cleaners have the supplies and equipment in good working condition needed to do their work; • Has the ability to work without supervision; • Ability to cover general cleaning runs with the use of the building specifications; • Report nightly on Nightly Activity Report any and all incidents, and issues, and personal observations of insufficient cleaning in the field; • Responsible to report opportunities for Special Services project work; • Attend Special Service meetings as required, being fully prepared to participate; • Responsible for guaranteeing unconditionally the security of customer keys, alarm information, personnel information and facilities at all times. Accountabilities 1. Accountable for any keys taken from the BRC office. 2. Accountable for keeping assigned vehicle clean, organized and all equipment in working order. 3. Accountable for use of time relating to work orders and general cleaning. 4. Accountable for keep any information discussed in the BRC office as confidential and not to be spoken to employees in the field.
