Maintenance & Janitorial $15 PART TIME, WEEKENDS ONLY Location: Sun City, CA 1st Shift: Saturday and Sunday ONLY, 6.00am to 2.30pm 2nd Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday ONLY, 2.00pm to 10.30pm Part Time Janitorial and Maintenance Helpers for a Home Owners Association. JOB DUTIES: Maintain cleanliness in areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, dining areas. Floor maintenance includes sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Clean bathrooms to include stalls, sinks, floors, glass and fixtures, restock supplies. Knowledge of hand and power tools and building maintenance and repairs Perform general landscaping and groundskeeping tasksKeep the buildings and common areas in the community clean and in good repair SKILLS REQUIRED: Experience in building maintenance and repairs, handyman or Janitorial work Hand Tool and Power Tool experience, and willing to work indoors and outdoors Please attach resume or reply describing your work experience and SHIFT PREFERENCE.
